Pick a bad habit you’d like to change or get rid of: smoking, junk food, sodas, and most people would find it extremely challenging to do.  Why is it so difficult to stop doing something?  Well the actual key idea is simple, but it doesn’t mean it’s easy to do.  But take the idea and run with it, and see if you’re more successful at getting rid of that bad habit…
