This podcast about the idea of “mono-tasking,” which happens to be your challenge for today. As you can probably guess, mono-tasking is the counter to our multitasking world.  If you’ve ever felt that you can’t focus on what you need to get done, and feel a bit scattered, changing your focus every time you see or hear a notification going off on your pc or smartphone, then you may want to try this exercise, and see if you can handle tackling your to-do list one task at a time…
