Kindle Users Gain Access to Library E-Books – NYTimes.com

According to this NY Times report, Amazon will allow the capability to read library E-books on the Kindle.  This is terrific news, in my opinion, as it just makes sense that the most popular E-reader should be able to be used with library e-books.  Apparently this will take place later this year.

So, it’s becoming harder and harder to NOT buy the Kindle, isn’t it?  First, the introductory Kindle is now $114 (with coupon ad screen savers), approaching the magic $99 many spoke of when it was introduced, plus the ability to use it in a public library might just seal the deal for me.  Time to dig up some change under the sofa…

Cheers,

Bubba
