PASSION BOARD ROUND-UP

As you can see, clearly, I created  this magnificent piece of art work (wink, wink) back in 2006 during an art group planned as part of staff development (when I was still working)!  The goal of this group was to create something that represents-

“PASSION”

This was what I came up with!

I left my Director’s job of nearly 6 years in 2007.  Looking back at this board from time to time since October 2007  has been a great “eye-opener” because I had no idea what I was going to do when I left my job.  I just knew that it was time for me to end that chapter of my life.   I did  have thoughts of living in Thailand in the back of my mind.

According to the passion board,  Travel, Adventure, Family, Justice, Energy. Strength are the central themes in my life.  This tiny board with few words really says a lot about  my passion in life.  To me, denying these things and living without them would be like existing without Oxygen: leaving me lifeless, maybe even hopeless.

So here’s the thing-  you too can create one of these in the comfort of your very own home.

And with this post, we invite you to DISCOVER and UNLEASH  your PASSION through ART and CREATIVITY

It is  our hope that you participate and give yourself a chance to express your passion.

Let it teach you, lead you and direct you to new possibilities.

Now  just let your creative juices flow like a river!

**I created mine with some  time constraints and limited items.   There are no limits for you.  Go for it!

  1. hmmm now I know why I wasn’t included in this. It’s because my name was spelled Cornileus hehe well I should probably start up on this. Funny thing is I was roaming around craft stores yesterday looking for something to do.

  2. Hi there A:
I MISS YOU! I hope that I can come to Thailand and see you all in the future. There is so much work to do around our world and I know you are in the middle of all of it and then some(SMILE).
We will miss you on the mission trips to Mexico.
Take care of yourself and family.

  3. Just stopping in from PNP. I love this idea! I make something similar, only I do it on the computer. It gives me a lot more options with pictures and graphics. I guess you could say, it’s a paperless passion board. Aren’t I so green?

    1. Melissa, sorry for the late reply. We’d love to see you participate. If you’d like send me the paperless passion board, with an explanation from you and i’ll place it as part of the round up! Hope you will participate! Aye
